Vicki is known for highly effective client collaboration and creative and practical solutions that balance complex legal and compliance obligations with her clients’ business goals and operations. Vicki’s clients include health care providers, distributors and suppliers, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, health plans, trade associations, pharmacies, research organizations, and health IT companies. She assists them with a broad range of regulatory, enforcement, and transactional matters including in connection with fraud and abuse compliance (anti-kickback, beneficiary inducement, fee-splitting); health information privacy and security compliance (HIPAA, Part 2 and state laws) and breach response; health care facility and provider licensing; Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement; False Claims Act defense; and government investigations, settlements, and implementation of corporate integrity agreements (CIAs).

Vicki also has a robust pro bono practice, focusing on securing Social Security disability benefits, handling disability guardianship matters, and providing health care regulatory guidance to local non-profit organizations.
