    We will consider the structural elements of a Corporate Asset Backed Securitisation transaction and its application to the financing of Container Vessels. In particular, we will discuss the contractual matrix, cash flow and funding issues and rating agency considerations. The structure under consideration was successfully launched by CMA CGM in February 2006 for the financing of 4 x 1700 Teu, 2 x 4400 Teu and 6 x 5100 Teu vessels
