Many businesses interact and intersect with the cannabis industry on a daily basis. Landlords, architects, suppliers, investors and many other ancillary service providers need to be prepared to address insurance-coverage issues that may arise out of their work with the cannabis industry.

- The coverages they should consider
- The potential for gaps in existing coverage
This April 2nd program is presumptively approved for 1.0 general CLE credit in California, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia. For lawyers licensed in New York, this course is eligible for 1.0 credit under New York’s Approved Jurisdiction Policy.
