The AJFB-FBLS has a long tradition of holding events on the theme of which seat of arbitration to choose. These take place, on a rotating basis, in England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, France and Switzerland.

Lady Justice Sarah Asplin will chair the panel of speakers representing these different legal systems.

Global chair of Reed Smith’s international arbitration practice Peter Rosher will be presenting from the standpoint of the French legal system.
