Our four-part event will include:
- A lay of the land presentation from ArbTech co-founder Sophie Nappert mapping out the AI landscape.
- A quickfire Q&A session exploring the key themes of the EU AI Act.
- An expert panel discussion covering the opportunities and challenges AI presents in an arbitral context, addressing the key questions surrounding AI in IA.
- Reed Smith lawyers will then take to the floor for mini debates, arguing motions such as: “AI-bot arbitrators can offer an unbiased perspective, increasing the fairness of arbitration outcomes.” Audience voting will determine the winners.
