Navigating the evolving sanctions landscape is more challenging than ever for companies in India, China and the Middle East. Regulators are expanding the reach of their sanctions regimes and companies need to be aware of potential restrictions and requirements that can impact their ability to do business with certain trading partners in Russia, Iran, Venezuela and beyond. The EU’s 13th package of sanctions against Russia has included companies in mainland China and India for the first time and we are working with many clients to help them to deal with the impact.
