Reed Smith recently brought together senior leaders from the corporate suite and the legal offices of client organizations to look back at successes and failures in how businesses navigated the pandemic, and to share their thoughts as to how they see business, and society, reemerging. We are grateful to our participants for sharing their insights, which we have aimed to capture in this report.
