Ruba focuses her practice on litigation and regulatory matters, particularly those involving managed care organizations. Her regulatory practice runs deep and she has experience related to the No Surprises Act, specifically in relation to the continuity of care provision, corporate practice of medicine, kickback law, and patient brokering rules in various states. Having worked on various litigation matters, Ruba has extensive experience in pre-litigation assessments, expert vetting and retention, and mediation preparation. She also has experience drafting Dauberts, motions for summary judgments, pleadings, and taking depositions. In addition, Ruba has served on numerous trial teams.
