Kristin's practice focuses on regulatory, compliance, and litigation matters for a wide range of health care providers, such as pharmacy chains, hospitals and health systems, and manufacturing entities (including IDTFs and medical device companies). Kristin represents her clients in complex litigation and government investigations involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and other common law claims, like fraud and breach of contract. Over the course of her career, Kristin has served in a critical role in several trials and arbitration hearings.
Kristin’s litigation experience is informed by her previous roles as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Thomas G. Saylor, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Susan F. Maven, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division.
Kristin significantly values the ability to give back to those in need through pro bono work. She has focused her most recent pro bono efforts on advocating for organizations in the privacy space, including on matters involving reproductive rights and women’s rights.
Kristin believes strongly in supporting her local community and serves as a board member for several non-for-profit organizations, including the Weston Education Foundation, which provides grants to Weston, Connecticut organizations, teachers, and schools to promote and support creativity and innovation in education.
