Beth leads a team of more than 85 attorneys in the firm's Records & E-Discovery (RED) Group. The e-discovery attorneys under her supervision assist case teams, clients, and outside counsel with all aspects of e-discovery, including record retention issues, document collection, custodian interviews, ESI processing/culling, document review, and production, and witness preparation. Her team members also provide motion and trial support to case teams and have assisted clients with due diligence reviews and other tasks that require a focus on time and cost efficiencies. The RED Team applies tested technology and workflows into the legal process and creates individualized discovery plans to efficiently handle a wide range of cases, from small document reviews to large-scale projects involving multiple terabytes of data.
With over two decades of experience including work on some of the nation’s largest multi-district litigations, Beth has coordinated discovery efforts on matters of all sizes including those with several hundred team members in multiple geographic locations. That experience, combined with her prior work with software engineers designing review tools for legal teams provides her with a unique perspective towards crafting effective and efficient discovery solutions for clients. With new software tools being released to the market each day, her first-hand experience as a practitioner at multiple levels proves a valuable resource in selecting tested software and staffing solutions.
Beth’s experience extends across many practice areas, including insurance coverage, False Claim actions, Lanham Act claims, patent infringement, and government agency investigations. Corporate clients include some of the nation’s largest financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, energy, transportation, technology, and construction companies.
