
Michelle co-leads our Antitrust & Competition Team. Michelle has wide-ranging experience in complex commercial litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with a particular focus on antitrust and competition issues. She has represented clients in a variety of antitrust disputes relating to price fixing, monopolization, tying, and unfair competition. She also routinely provides clients with guidance regarding pre- and post-merger antitrust counseling relating to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, responses to government investigations and subpoenas, and antitrust compliance issues.

Interests
Michelle lives with her husband, Brian, their daughter, Madeline, and their son, Henry, in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. As a former marathoner, competitive figure skater and figure skating coach, she now enjoys practicing yoga, as well as taking barre and spinning classes.
