Michelle leads our global Antitrust & Competition team. She takes a hands-on approach to solving her cross-industry and cross-border clients’ low and high-stake antitrust problems across all fronts (litigation, transactional, counseling, and compliance). Michelle is individually ranked by Chambers USA 2024 for Antitrust and recently won Corporate Counsel’s 2024 Women, Influence and Power in Law Award for Mentor & Mentee Collaboration, an award that honors those who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law. Michelle also received The Legal Intelligencer’s 2023 Professional Excellence Award for Best Law Firm Mentor.

Interests
Michelle lives with her husband, Brian, and their three children Madeline, Henry, and Olivia in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. As a former marathoner, competitive figure skater, and certified yoga and spinning instructor, Michelle is passionate about exercise and its associated benefits on one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
