Michelle co-leads our global Antitrust & Competition Team and has extensive experience in complex antitrust litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters. She has represented clients in a variety of antitrust disputes relating to price-fixing, market allocation, bid rigging, monopolization, tying, and unfair competition. She routinely provides clients with antitrust guidance regarding pre- and post-merger antitrust issues including assistance with assessments filings pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. Michelle also has particular knowledge in assisting clients navigate responses to government investigations and subpoenas. She is very experienced in preparing antitrust compliance training programs and related materials.

Michelle lives with her husband, Brian, their daughter, Madeline, and their son, Henry, in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. As a former marathoner, competitive figure skater and figure skating coach, she now enjoys practicing yoga, as well as taking barre and spinning classes.
