This two-day conference will focus on the theme “Damages in International Arbitration” and welcome practitioners, arbitrators, scholars, valuation consultants, major arbitration centers, law firms and stakeholders from across the globe.

Gilberto will be presenting in a panel session that will explore methods for the valuation of damages.

The conference is hosted by the Externado University of Colombia and Austral University in Argentina, with the support of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club (CIEA), the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota (CCB) and the Inter-American Commission on Commercial Arbitration (CIAC).
