In the digital sector, his dynamic practice involves cloud, mobile and e-commerce, Internet of Things, AI and 4IR frameworks as well as Web3, metaverse and data economy. More generally, he covers information technology, outsourcing, telecoms, and data protection.

Philipp’s clients include major international industrials from the high-tech sector as well as specialized SMEs, highly innovative start-ups, and business incubators. In addition, his expertise includes digital solutions in the area of sustainability and impact investing.

Finally, he has extensive experience in aviation and is active in international arbitration.
