Cindy is Chair of Reed Smith’s global Labor & Employment Group; serves as the firm's General Counsel, Employment; and previously served as the managing partner of the New York office. With more than 20 years’ experience, Cindy exclusively represents management across a broad range of critical business activities through the lens of labor and employment law. She is an all-purpose adviser on legal and reputational issues who is committed to delivering practical, business-oriented results to clients.
